Hello, during this pandemic many activities are not possible, so I try to be active by cycling. There is a forest near my house where I go, either by myself or with my family, about 2 or 3 times a week. I believe that in such a difficult time it is crucial to spend some time in nature, as it can reduce stress and improve your mood.
I try not to forget how lucky I am to live in a house with a garden and have a forest nearby. Many of my friends live in Warsaw and I know this pandemic must be a much harder experience for them.
